Microsoft Software
Our university has held a comprehensive agreement with Microsoft Corporation for educational institutions (Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions, hereinafter referred to as ‘EES’) since the 2007 fiscal year.
EES grants individuals affiliated with educational institutions the right to use specified Microsoft software (Windows OS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Please note that the products available for use vary depending on status and purpose of use.

- Overview
- Microsoft Office products that can be installed on university-owned PCs.
- ※This software cannot be installed on privately owned PCs.
- Scope of Use
- This software may be downloaded by faculty members and emeritus professors.
- ※ Students and external users (those with IDs beginning with “a”, excluding emeritus professors) do not have download privileges.

- This is the Windows OS installation program available for university-owned PCs.
- ※ This installation program is for upgrade (or downgrade) rights. It cannot be used for new installations on PCs without an OS installed.
- ※This software cannot be installed on privately owned PCs.
- Scope of Use
- This software may be downloaded by faculty members and emeritus professors.
- ※ Students and external users (those with IDs beginning with “a”, excluding emeritus professors) do not have download privileges.
- Installation Procedure / 1. Submit an application to obtain the ISO file.
- To use this program, you must obtain the ISO file and the authentication program.
- To download the Windows OS ISO file, please enter the required information via the link below and download it from the URL you receive. Go to the Windows OS ISO file request page
- Installation Procedure / 2. Check the manual.
- Please read 'User Manual for Download Station' and confirm the work procedure.

- Log in to the Download Station and download a authentication program file.
- Run the downloaded authentication program.
If “Authentication completed” is displayed, it is complete.

Anti-Virus Software
- Overview
- We provide Trend Micro's antivirus software, known as “Apex One”, for both privately owned and university-owned PCs.
- Scope of Use
- This software may be downloaded by students, faculty members, and emeritus professors.
- Only faculty members and emeritus professors may install this software on university-owned PCs.
- ※ External users (those with IDs beginning with “a”, excluding emeritus professors) do not have download privileges.
- However, it is possible for external parties or seminar participants to use university-owned PCs on which this product is installed.
- Other Information
- This software communicates with external IP addresses during operation.
- If communication to external IP addresses is restricted by firewalls or similar measures, operational issues may arise.
