About Services
Overview
Fee requests must be made to the appropriate company when developing mobile applications (apps) for Apple OS and Google OS. This service is conducted as part of the request procedure within the Information Infrastructure Initiative and provides the development accounts, etc. required for each of the following services to the applicant free of charge:
- Apple Developer Enterprise Program
- Apple Developer Program
- Google Play Developer

Handling of Applications
Qualifications for Using This Service
Faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students affiliated with the Kyushu University
* Non-regular university students (e.g., researchers, vocational students, auditing students, students taking individual courses) and school faculty whose SSO-KID begins with "a" are not eligible.
How to Use This Service
The Software Business Office of the Information Infrastructure Initiative at the Kyushu University directs in this program.
Please contact this office if you wish to distribute teaching material or for research development.

Terms and Limitations for Using This Service
Please note the following when using this service:
- Apps developed are limited to educational activities, research activities, and academic duties.
- Apps developed must be free to use.
- The copyright of the app developed will belong to the Kyushu University and the applicant must consent to this agreement.
- In the event of a problem with the app developed, all liabilities are the responsibility of the use manager.
- Please note that in the Google Play Developer, all apps with developer names (provider name in Google Play) other than the “Kyushu University” are not permitted by the Kyushu University Information Infrastructure Initiative.
Application and Reports
- An Apple ID must be obtained in advance with a standard university-wide email address before using the "Apple Developer Enterprise Program" or "Apple Developer Program".
- A Google account must be obtained in advance with a standard university-wide email address before using "Google Play Developer”.
- Only Kyushu University faculty are authorized as user managers, and students are prohibited. Please refer to the FAQ for use manager entry examples.
- When submitting an application/report, fill in and submit the name of the use manager in the [Name] part of the file name.
